We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.
Shipping/Delivery Time & Charges
- Shipping is free within India for all the orders.
- Orders are acceptable 24 hours-a-day, seven days a week. We ship the products PAN India.
- We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed Monday-Saturday before 2 PM IST shall begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2 PM IST shall begin processing the next business day.
- Order placed on a holiday, or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
- We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. Dream Care is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end-user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is required for credit verification & COD order confirmation, the customer care executive shall contact the customer.
